I have been hearing rumors of deliciousness...pork tenderloin cooked to perfection and very happy people waiting in the wings to gladly feast on your masterpiece. Bravo! Good job girls. I am so proud of you that you jump right in and are practicing your pork.

Are you just a little surprised at how easy this is? It is all about using a thermometer. When you use a correctly calibrated thermometer you can trust that it really is accurate. This help you to confidently cook meat to the appropriate temperature.

We missed you Britney. Someone needs to invite Brittany and Billy to their house and make....
